When Will i get my order?

Once your order is placed, we will produce your item, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.Please allow 20 business days, as we produce them by order and we don’t keep stock.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, containing the selected carrier’s name and your tracking number.
You can track it on the carrier’s portal using the tracking number. In some cases, your tracking number may not activate until it is received at your local state delivery depot. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Item Damage in Transit

If your item has arrived damaged, customer reserved the right to reject the product. Just asked the courier to return to sender. But should the case the item is in your possesion, please provide photographic evidence of the damage and we will send you a return label.

Please make sure the item is securely package before you send it back to us. We will process the refund/replacement once we have received the item.
